Some wedding days are filled with elegance, others with grandeur, but Emily & Kyle’s day was all about love, laughter, and laid-back fun. Their celebration began with a heartfelt ceremony at the charming St. Mary’s Chapel in East Amherst, NY. With family and friends gathered close, their love set the tone for a day that was both meaningful and joy filled.
After “I do’s,” the wedding party headed to a park nearby to grab bridals. Although it was a hot one we managed to find shade throughtou the park and grab some great shots! Then we went to the Main Street in Alden and even visited a little ice cream place called Martin’s Mercantile, super fun!
Afterwards we headed to Kyle’s childhood home for a backyard reception that couldn’t have been more perfect. The property was stunning, with plenty of space for friends and family to relax, play yard games, and soak in the beautiful evening. From laughter echoing across the lawn to the clinking of glasses under twinkle lights, every detail reflected their personalities: fun, genuine, and surrounded by love.
The food was incredible (I’m still thinking about it!), the games brought out everyone’s playful side, and the night ended with a magical display of fireworks that lit up the sky in celebration of Emily & Kyle’s new chapter together. It truly felt like the perfect ending to a perfect day.
